Jr. Sailing Instructors

Jack Dempsey

Jr. Instructor

Hello. My name is Jack Dempsey and I have been sailing in the HPYC junior sailing program since I was 7 years old. As I was learning to sail, I started in a beetle cat with an instructor. As I began to get older, I started to move my way up to optis and started racing with them. Once I turned 15, I started to sail in the 420s and had a great time; I have been sailing in the 420s since. This is my second year as a sailing instructor and I can't wait to begin! I'm so excited to see all of you guys again.
