Sailing Coach / Racing

We are looking for a head coach who is college age or older to instruct all levels from beginners through advanced for Optis, Typhoon, Sunfish and 420s.

This position offers a wonderful opportunity for a creative enthusiastic sailor to build a small racing program and make an enormous impact. You will have primary responsibility for the advanced Optis and HPYC 420 team, including coaching, setting teams, organizing racing schedules, and hosting other teams.

Additional Details:
– Some travel to local yacht clubs.
– Start date June 20, 2022. End date August 19, 2022
– Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 with an hour lunch break.
– Competitive Pay. Pay commensurate with experience.
